Why was my subscription cancelled?

Your subscription may be cancelled in two cases:

  • You cancel it yourself in Settings/Payment
  • After three declined payment attempts on your credit card 

On every failed attempt to charge your credit card despite the reason (in most cases it is because of insufficient funds) you will be notified by email. This email will also contain a suggestion to verify your billing information as it may be the reason for declined transactions.

After three failed transactions your account will go into Evryplace Free mode, of which you will be also notified by email. It will result in unpublishing all your tours.
