Exceeding the plans limits

Every Evryplace account has limited:

• Account users
• Cloud Storage

Additionally Evryplace Free is limited to one published at the same time.

You can exceed these limits when you use Evryplace. Usually it happens when downgrading a plan, for example from Business to Basic, from Trial to Free and so on, but also when uploading new files and reaching your accounts limit.

Here is what will happen when you go over your plan limits.

Exceeding Account users:

You will not be able to add any new users. To add someone new you need to delete other users in order to meet the criteria of your plan.

Exceeding Storage Space limit:

You will not be able to upload any new files (360° pictures and videos, flat pictures and videos), create and publish any presentations. We will not delete any of your files. To upload files, create and publish you need to delete some files to go below your current limit.
Additionally in Evryplace Free all your files must be below 256mb for you to be able to publish the one presentation the Free plan allows you to publish.

You can also consider changing your Subscription plan to a better one to avoid having to delete your previous files.
